Prospect Registration

The Best Realty Agency requires all real estate agents to register each prospective tenant using this form. This ensures that the client is not already working with another agent or has not directly contacted us through our website or other official channels.

How it works:

• If the client is not currently registered, your submission will be approved, and you will be recognized as the procuring cause of the leas
• If the client is already in our system or being assisted by another agent, we will notify you. At that point, you will have the opportunity to provide proof of communication (such as emails or text messages) showing that you were working with the client prior to their registration with The Best Realty Agency or another agent.
• If the provided proof confirms that your initial communication predates the client’s direct contact with us, your registration will be honored.
   

Agents may not represent themselves for their own lease. Communities will not pay commissions for self-representation.

Agents are required to accompany their clients during the scheduled showing time.

Co-Broker Commission Structure:

• Half (1/2) month commission for leases of 12 months or longer
• 4.25% of the lease term value for leases between 7 and 11 months
