Invoice Submission

After your client has moved into the building, please send the invoice to email:

Make sure to include all of the following information:

Full name of the agent
Brokerage name
Contact phone number
Payment details: wire transfer account number or Zelle information of the brokerage
Full name of the client
Unit number
Move-in date
Rental Price

🕒 Payment Timeline:

Commissions will be processed and paid within 30 days after we receive the complete invoice and official confirmation of the client’s move-in.
