Invoice Submission

After your client has moved into the building, please send the invoice to email:

Make sure to include all of the following information:


  • Full name of the agent
  • Brokerage name
  • Contact phone number
  • Payment details: wire transfer account number or Zelle information of the brokerage
  • Full name of the client
  • Unit number
  • Move-in date
  •  Rental Price 


🕒 Payment Timeline:

Commissions will be processed and paid within 30 days after we receive the complete invoice and official confirmation of the client’s move-in.
